Not every trend is for me. For existence, the plastic jeans trend that was going on this spring? No way. But tassels are one trend that I actually like. It’s cute and fun, and doesn’t have to cost a fortune. When I found this whimsical tassel dress for only $25, I knew this was the way I was going to work tassels into my life. When the trend ends, (and it will,) I won’t feel badly about the money I spent. And in the meantime, I can sport this super cute and fabulously comfortable dress. It isn’t super form fitting, so it’s perfect for days when you want something breezy and simple to throw on and you still look like you put some thought into what you’re wearing.
If you’re a skincare junkie like I am, then you may have tried or even read my review of Colleen Rothschild Skincare. Her line of skincare products are proof that you get what you pay for when it comes to quality and results you can literally see. If you’re interested in giving this brand a try, a great way to do it is with the Discovery Collection. This is a roundup of the best selling Colleen Rothschild products ($150 value for only $95,) so you can use each one to get the full effect of how they each work together. One of the things I love about these products is that they remind me of the way my skin feels when I leave a spa. The products deep clean without removing moisture, they smell incredible (like essential oils, IMO,) and the rave reviews online are right….your skin WILL be noticeably different. You will love how soft and smooth your skin feels! Here’s what is included in the discovery kit:
- Radiant Cleansing Balm
- Dual Enzyme Polish
- Clarifying Detox Mask
- Sheer Renewal Cream
- Extreme Recovery Cream
- Face Oil N°9
- Muslin Cleansing Cloth
- Travel Bag
My absolute favs are the Radiant Cleansing Balm and Face Oil N°9…you don’t want to travel anywhere without these in your kit!
So, back to those tassels….if you’re wearing them this summer, I want to know how. Message me on Instagram or tag me in your tassel pics. I’d love some inspiration posts!
