I’d been dreaming of this dress for a while, so when it went on sale for $53, I jumped at it! It’s by the label Dark Pink, which you can find on ASOS and Forever21, among a few others. Dark Pink does some seriously feminine dresses with unique details, like these cold shoulders, wrist ties, and sheer lace panels. I have no idea where I will wear this dress, but I just knew it needed to be hanging in my closet. You can still order one here if you act fast!

Something else I am trying out in the new year is a vitamin C regimen. Kiehl’s is one of my tried and true brands, and they just came out with a Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate, which is a serum with 12.5% Vitamin C that visibly reduces wrinkles. I know we would all like to get our Vitamin C from orange juice and peeling a delicious orange every day, but it isn’t enough to get those fine lines and wrinkles to look smaller. Not all Vitamin C’s are created equal, so finding a serum that has a high concentration is key. I trust Kiehl’s to create quality products, so I was really ready to give this one a try. I first became exposed to the importance of Vitamin C about six years ago when The Body Shop did a series of products based around it and asked influencers to test them out. I was surprised at how much better my skin looked! So you can imagine how effective this Line-Reducing Concentrate by Kiehl’s really is…try 364 reviews on their website, raving about its awesomeness! But what did I think? Here’s what I’ve learned using this product:

  1. It really does add a glow and noticeable smoothness to lines on your skin. People will notice the difference (if they are paying attention, of course.)
  2. It isn’t just a night treatment. Use it morning, night, whenever!
  3. A little goes a looooong way. So don’t let the $62 price scare you away. This bottle will last you much longer than you think!

And may I just mention that I FINALLY got a haircut? It’s been ages, and my hair was starting to look like a frayed rope at the ends. Luckily, Lauren at Renata Salons Parlour House gave me a killer cut and shaped it up perfectly! She also turned me on to Kevin Murphy haircare products to try, and so far, I love them. Isn’t it amazing how a good haircut can elevate your entire month? I’d just left my appointment when these pics were taken, and the blowout benefits are real. I only wish Lauren did my hair everyday.

I’m a fan of the dress, the Kiehl’s….and keeping this post short. Have a great day, everyone!
